Bridal couple and up to 48 guests


  • Planner/Coordinator

    • Pre-wedding planning/guidance

The above The Hunt is Over (THIO) package is meant to help lessen your stress by having the vendor details taken care of in one package deal. If you prefer to break up the package, then an al la carte option can be arranged. 





Hi-Wire requires a 2 hour minimum including setup and breakdown time.


Sunday-Wednesday $150/hr

Thursday $200/hr

Friday or Saturday $250/hr

*About the “Private Bar

All beverages are paid for by consumption $5/beer, $6/cider + seltzer, $7/wine

There is no bar minimum.

A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bar tab. 


  • Champagne toast and bottle service ($180 total)  

  • 8 ft Banquet Tables ($12 each) 

  • Black folding chairs ($0.50 each) 

  • Speaker box with microphone and iPhone hookup ($25) 

  • Cocktail tables with black linen ($10 each) 

  • Black linen for pub tables ($5 each) 

  • Ivory linen for banquet tables and cocktail tables ($8 each) 

  • Private brewery tours during event ($5 each) 


CATERING (separate)

If you choose to have food catered to your wedding event you are welcome to bring in any caterer. Hi-Wire Brewing requires the catering company to provide staff to handle setup, maintaining food service and breakdown/trash. “Drop Off” food of any kind is not allowed. Hi-Wire staff is not responsible for any setup or cleaning of catering items. A list of preferred caterers can be provided upon request. Hi-Wire prefers Foothills Meats


Additional Information about The Hunt is Over (THIO): 

If you decide to go with THIO’s full bundle package listed above:

  • Additional hours can be added to photography if requested for $350/hr. 

  • The couple is able to guide the color palette and size of bridal bouquet/boutonniere with the florist. Included in your package is a brief consult with the florist in order to better understand your needs/desires for your wedding day flowers.

  • A cake/sweet treat menu from the cake artist/baker will be provided for your wedding day selection.

  • Additional information for THIO’s pre-selected vendors available upon request including website links and menus (if applicable).


* If your selections with these vendors supersede the estimated range additional costs may apply. 


A 50% non-refundable deposit of your package price with THIO will be due upon booking.


A separate contract will need to be signed and your date secured directly with Hi-Wire Brewing. All additional costs associated with Hi-Wire will be billed through Hi-Wire and not THIO. (THIO will help connect you to their event manager onsite). 


If you book your package within 90 days of your wedding date, payment must be taken in full at the time of booking. If booking within 90 days, package availability may vary. 


Cancellation/Refund Policy:


If you booked your wedding event and then decided to cancel prior to 90 days, you are entitled to 50% of your current paid amount, with the exception of the deposit which is non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your wedding date no refund will be available. By this point, vendors/venues are booked, funds have been paid towards the completion of the event, and the option to reschedule your event for myself/vendors involved is severely limited, resulting in irreconcilable loss.
