Pricing & Package Information
30 Day Coordination Package
Base price $2,000.
● Initial meeting pre-booking to see if we are a good fit together
● Provide couple with (1) a list of local vendor recommendations and (2) THIO's comprehensive planning worksheet
● Check-in meetings at 6 months and 90 days, communications/questions to be held if possible to these meeting times
● Pre-wedding meeting at 30 days (~3 hr meeting, all access to communication with THIO outside of check-in meetings begins here)
● Contact venue/all vendors prior to wedding after 30 day meeting
● Creating a timeline/plan for the wedding day - Couple's responsibility to create floor plans
● Rehearsal prior to wedding whether in-person or via video chat with THIO employee
● Organizing/facilitating the plan for the day with the vendors/venue
● Day of Coordination for up to 10 hours
● Travel fee included up to 1 hour radius of Asheville, otherwise travel accommodations to be discussed during booking
Partial Planning Package
Base price $3,500.
● Initial meeting pre-booking to see if we are a good fit together
● Provide the couple with THIO's comprehensive planning worksheet
● Recommending/connecting couple with local vendors directly
● Unlimited phone call and email access throughout your planning process
● Four scheduled 30 minute video chat planning meetings, in addition to initial meeting and 30 day meeting - (6 total meetings possible)
● Reviewing of contracts (if needed) prior to you signing/booking vendor
● Advising on budget - industry normals (if needed)
● Pre-wedding meeting at 30 days
● THIO will schedule a venue tour with couple (based on both everyone's availability) prior to your wedding date, then create a floorplan
● Creating a timeline/plan for the wedding day
● Organizing rehearsal (onsite up to 1 hour) and rehearsal dinner (coordianting up to 6 hours)
● Organizing/facilitating the plan for the day with the vendors/venue
● Wedding Day of Coordination for up to 10 hours
● Travel fees included within 6 hr radius of Asheville, otherwise travel accommodations to be discussed during booking
Full Planning Package
*Price varies based on the couple’s needs, overall budget, add-on services, etc.
10% of overall budget or base price $5,000.
● Initial meeting
● Unlimited communication with THIO planner
● Creating a budget
● Guidance with invitations, overall planning checkpoints, marriage license, etc.
● Access to THIO’s planning “hub” for organizing and communicating throughout planning process
● Recommending/connecting couple with vendors directly
● Contract reviews (if needed)
● Negotiating contracts with the vendors (if needed)
● 30 minute check-in meeting every other month
● Final big 30 day planning meeting
● THIO will schedule/go on a venue tour if new to this location prior to your wedding date
● Helping to create the theme/color scheme/decor layout/vision with the couple
● Creating a timeline/plan for wedding day
● Scheduling and going with the couple on site visits/tastings (if desired by the couple)
● Helping create seating charts and floor plan layouts
● Organizing and planning rehearsal/rehearsal dinner/post-wedding brunch
● Day of coordination for up to 10 hrs
● Travel fee included despite the distance
